Orange, Ginger and Carrot Smoothie

Super easy breakfast smoothie where the hardest part of this recipe is peeling the ginger! To make this drink sweeter, add in honey or a natural sweetener. I used 1tsp golden yellow powder (that is made up of turmeric, ashwagandha, and ginger), but you can use 1/2 tsp of turmeric instead.

What you’ll need

3 oranges

1/2 cup baby carrots

1-inch piece of peeled ginger

1 cup of ice

1 tsp golden yellow mix or 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


 

DIRECTIONS

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend till you reach desired consistency!
