Ever have leftover spotty bananas on the counter that you are just about ready to toss out because no one wants to eat them? Im sure its happened to you before! Banana bread is the perfect thing to make to get rid of those bananas. Add some chocolate chips if your kiddos love chocolate. But I just do regular old banana bread paired with a cup of chai. Its my favorite evening snack.

 

What you’ll need

  • 3 Bananas

  • 1 cup Sugar

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter

  • 1 1/2 cup Flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Walnuts (optional)

  • Chocolate chips (optional)


 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add bananas + sugar in food processor and pulse 3-4 times.

2. Add egg + process till smooth.

3. Pour in melted butter + walnuts. Process for 10 seconds

4. Add in Flour, Salt, Baking Soda and process until flour disappears. Don’t over process.

5. Pour into baking pan ( 9 x 5). Bake at 325 degrees for an hour.

6. ALL DONE! Enjoy with a glass of milk or spiced chai!
