if you are looking for a delicious but low carb meal, try a  low carb version of my famous Butter Chicken Recipe, where instead of using pizza crust, we use cauliflower!  Cauliflower is such a versatile ingredient that can be used in low carb crusts or for recipes calling for potatoes.  

This recipe is super quick and easy to make but if you don't like butter chicken or don’t have the time to make it, you can use any pizza sauce instead.
