Chicken Sticks

One of my favorite snacks, it’s quick and easy and extremely delicious!!

Cooking Times 30 minutes (not including soaking overnight)


What you’ll need

  • 3lbs of Chicken Breast cut into small 1inch cubes

  • 1 quart of heavy cream

  • 3 tsp of salt

  • 1 tsp of chilli powder

  • 1 tsp of turmeric (haldi) powder

  • 2 large containers of bread crumbs (preferably Panko)

  • One of my favorite snacks, it’s quick and easy and extremely delicious!!

 

  1. Add cream, salt, chilli powder and turmeric in a bowl

  2. Stir mixture and making sure all the spices are blended

  3. Add the chicken pieces into the bowel

  4. Marinate the chicken mixture in the fridge overnight

  5. Cover counter spaces with freezer paper or parchment paper (to help with clean up)

  6. Add breadcrumbs into bag

  7. Add chicken pieces into bag and shake until all the pieces are covered thoroughly

  8. Add a couple of pieces onto a toothpick

  9. Repeat with all the pieces of chicken

  10. Store in freezer bags, making sure that none of the pieces are touching

  11. Freeze until you are ready to use

  12. Fry chicken pieces until they are golden brown

  13. Serve with ketchup or your favorite sauce!
