Bhotee is translated in Urdu to ‘ a piece of meat’. In this dish the bhotee I am using is beef but you can use lamb if you wish. This is one of my favorite types of kebabs as it includes mashed potatoes and hard boil eggs, which are fried in an egg mixture. I love to eat these kebabs with a tamarind sauce or ketchup!
